Of course, there has to be rules.

 

  • We will gladly offer free returns on items within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Clothes must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached.  Basically, we want the same item back in the same condition we sent it to you in. 
  • Items that are apart of the Goin' Goin' Gone category, clearance category, The Saturday Deal, Mystery Shipments, Skincare or Cosmetics or as otherwise stated as final sale are not eligible for free returns. 
  • In order to do a return, you must request return authorization within 7 days of order delivery confirmation.  We may ask for pictures if the return is due to damage or misrepresentation. After return authorization is approved, we will give you a return authorization number.  This number must be included with package return. Easiest way to do that is write the return authorization number on the shipping label or write on a piece of paper and include in the package.

  • In the email, please include order number, your address and phone number (we will need that for the shipping label as you will be the sender).
  • After return is received by Flowers and Gray, the refund will be given within 3 days after delivery and inspection.
  • Please contact Flowers and Gray with any questions and/or for clarification on return policy before purchase.
  • Please note: this program may be discontinued at any time for any reason (including suspected abuse of the return program).
